HOURS
Exhibitors should have their exhibit tables ready no later than 5:00 pm during the opening reception and remain through lunch on Friday, September 20. These are tabletop booths; please call if you require additional space for a pop-up or other type of display. Organizations may staff the booths if they prefer; it is not required:
one Forum registration ($250 value)
6-foot skirted table, chairs
wireless internet is available in the Marketplace exhibit area for an additional charge through the hotel.
You may ship displays and/or materials to arrive at the hotel after September 15th. Items should be addressed to:

Payment of Exhibitor fees may be made by credit card, check, or government purchase order. Once you complete and submit the on-line registration form, the system will e-mail a confirmation to the e-mail indicated.
If paying by credit card, complete the on-line registration form indicating the form of payment as either a Visa or Mastercard. Once you select the SUBMIT button, you will be taken to the State of Arizona secure credit card portal to enter the credit card information.
If paying using a check, complete the on-line registration form, select "Check" for the form of payment and mail the check and a copy of the registration confirmation to:

If using a P.O., complete the on-line registration form, select "Exhibitor" as attendee type; indicate "P.O." as payment type, entering the P.O. number if known. A copy of the registration form and a copy of the P.O. can be faxed to (602) 771-1002.
