Entry Guidelines

There is no nomination fee.  Individuals or organizations are encouraged to nominate their own Projects/Innovations, but may also nominate those of others. The nominated organization may be located in any state, but the accomplishment being honored must have resulted in a positive outcome for affordable housing in Arizona.

A Project/Innovation may be nominated for more than one category; however, it may only win in one category. You may submit as many nominations as you wish. Activities that have previously received a Housing Hero Award may not be nominated. See link for Past Awardees.

Entry Instructions

Please submit seven (7) copies of each nomination form submitted and all attachments.

Attachments (e.g. photos, brochures, etc.) are encouraged. If you would like the attachments returned, please label each attachment with the name of the nominee.

The deadline for 2010 nomination forms is July 9. Nominations should be sent to:
